Meet Cindy Collier

Cindy Collier, President and Founder of Collier Leadership Consulting, has over 25 years of experience in corporate training and communications.  Cindy is an accomplished speaker and trainer.  She is comfortable in front of large audiences and small groups and teams, and has delivered presentations to executives and all levels of management.  

Cindy joined her corporate Toastmasters club in August 2015. Toastmasters provided Cindy with the track to develop her communication and leadership skills. She completed her Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) award, the highest recognition in Toastmasters International.  

Cindy decided to step up her leadership training and joined the John C. Maxwell team in 2016. She completed the International Maxwell Certification program and is recognized as a certified John C. Maxwell coach, teacher, trainer, and speaker. In March, she traveled with the John Maxwell Leadership Foundation to facilitate transformational leadership workshops in Costa Rica. She is very excited about helping other people reach their full potential through leadership training and personal growth. 

She has five daughters, five sons-in-law, and six grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering and spending time with her family.

  • Recognized as an Inspirational Volunteer and Beacon Award recipient for exceptional volunteer and community service.
