My Word of the Year 2018

Choosing a word of the year was a difficult thing for me. How do you choose just one? There are so many words that inspire and motivate me. But, several thoughts kept bringing me back to one theme ... one word. 

The butterfly house at Callaway Gardens is one of my favorite places to visit. The life cycle of the butterfly is displayed, and it is remarkable to witness the change - the metamorphosis - the transformation. 

That’s it! TRANSFORMATION! Transformation is defined as a dramatic change. What change do you desire in your life? Some of you are aware of my participation with Toastmasters International and with the John Maxwell Team. In 2018, I plan to continue my journey of personal growth and transformation, and I would be honored if you would join me. Throughout the year I will present opportunities to participate in mastermind studies and leadership workshops.
